Description: 

The first meeting will take place on Sunday, July 11 from 6 -7:30 pm at Wings of Hope Ranch, 14505 West Patrick Henry Rd, Montpelier VA 23192. This study is limited to the first 20 Volunteers that register to attend. The cost is $1 for the whole 7 weeks except for your book/reading expenses you may incur. Charging $1 helps us discern those that are serious about participating as well as allows us to create an event link easier in our database. 

We will be reading the book called Hope Rising by Kim Meeder and a chapter of the Holy Bible that correlates to the weekly lesson. If you would please read pages 14 - 30 of Hope Rising before our first session on Sunday, July 11th. Also please plan to share a scripture that references a "stone" or a "whilrlwind". You can easily google or search in Biblehub or Biblegateway the word "Stone" or "Whirlwind" and it will list all the biblical references that mention these. Pick one verse, read the chapter, dig in, take notes and share with us what you learned and how it may apply to our relationship with the Lord or our ministry work here at Wings of Hope Ranch. Each week we will discuss the chapters in Hope Rising and your personal discoveries as well as a Biblically Based exercise with the horses. This study will be led by session supervisors Alison Boyd, Sharon Puckett and Kim Alford."

Easter Sunrise Service

Wings of Hope Ranch will host an Easter Sunrise Service at our Forever Home site this year.  The service will be lead by the Ranch's good friend, Pastor Gerald Castlebury and the team from Cross Branded Cowboy Church. Pastor Castlebury has lead several of the end of year Cowboy Church services for Wings of Hope.

The service will be entirely outdoors so please dress for the weather and bring a chair. We will have the coffee warming for you and have a covid friendly social distancing plan in place for everyone (remember to bring your mask).

Beauty Bag

Beauty grab bag fundraiser

Wings of Hope Ranch was overwhelmingly blessed by the donation of thousands of brand new top-of-the-line beauty products donated to us to turn in to funds for the ministry. 

All name brands, new in packaging, shampoos, conditioners, lipsticks, make up, soaps, ointments, perfume, nail polish and so much more was donated. Each grab bag contains approximately 70 or more items. Some of the products that will be included are pictured on this blog post. 

The retail value of each bag is approximately $1000. We only have 90 bags to sell and when they are gone they are gone!  Believe us when we say they are going to sell fast as everyone who helped pack one wants to buy one.
